We have published the second round review results for "SHIBA GAME AWARD 2026 SUMMER".
Of the 247 titles that passed the first round, 150 titles passed the second round review.
We had originally planned to narrow the field down to around 30 titles in the second round before moving on to the final selection, but there were so many outstanding entries that we could not narrow it down that far. We will therefore hold an additional third round of selection, where we plan to narrow the field down to about 30 final candidates.
The third round results will be announced on September 28, and the YouTube live stream schedule on September 30, 2026.
